TRAIN AT HOME WITH WORKOUTS LEAD BY AN MBSC TRAINER
What started as a stopgap program when MBSC shut down at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, now has become an option our clients love. Even though our doors are now open, we will continue to provide this popular option.
You get a MBSC workout at home with live video access to a trainer, who is there to answer questions and/or provide necessary modifications. Minimal equipment required.

Looking for a Single Class?
If you're not ready to commit to a class package option we also offer pay as you go single class option at $25 per class.
These individual classes are based on the same programming we use with our Adult Groups at MBSC and cover everything from foam rolling and mobility to strength & power training.
